Returns & Exchanges
At NPS Solovair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear; if your boots or shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in unworn, original condition. Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges, so we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired size.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a durable mailing bag or cardboard box to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
